Garrett Zagunis

Owner, Fitness Coach, Sports Nutritionist

As a personal trainer with a passion for both physical and mental wellness, Garrett has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. For over 15 years he has been creating comprehensive training programs that address the whole person – body and mind.

His passion is tailoring workouts and wellness strategies to each client’s unique needs and goals. He believes in empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being, and is committed to providing the knowledge, encouragement, and accountability needed.

Garrett is a certified Master Trainer through NFPT and also holds certifications in sports nutrition, endurance training, and prescriptive stretching.

Daylon Cossingham

Daylon Cossingham

Manager, Fitness Coach, Martial Arts Instructor

Daylon is an ISSA certified personal trainer and professional kickboxer. After years of martial arts training and instruction, he dedicated himself as a personal trainer and health coach to help others aspire to be their best.

Daylon would go on to train a multitude of different clientele from people just starting their fitness journey all the way to professional athletes. Currently Daylon still competes as a prize fighter, enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, and likes traveling to new and exciting places.

Josue Grajales

Fitness Coach

Josue has studied with ISSA to achieve his certifications in personal training, glute specialist training, strength and conditioning, and fitness nutrition. These certifications have allowed him to reach elite trainer status with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). His specialities are hypertrophy training (building muscle), strength training, and body transformation through nutritional coaching and teaching.

Jean Carlos Silva is a valued member of the Aspire Fitness team, bringing with him 9 years of experience as a Massage Therapist specializing in muscle rehabilitation. Recognizing the importance of health and fitness, Jean Carlos decided to become a Personal Trainer to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. He firmly believes that “health is wealth” and understands the impact that being overweight or unfit can have on all aspects of one’s life. With a passion for helping others, Jean Carlos is dedicated to providing an empowering and transformative experience for his clients, helping them become happier, more confident, and stronger individuals.
