ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM
This 12-week program is for individuals who would like to work out on their own but want the guidance and accountability of a fitness professional. We will create a nutrition plan and several customized workouts for you.
There will be check-ins every 1-2 weeks either in-person or virtually. During these check-ins we will discuss your plan and results and make any changes necessary to keep you progressing toward your goals.
